***we won't add anything that is not on your card**
example: if your card states chocolate cookies, and in your personalization notes to the seller, you state, "grandma's chocolate cookies" only, chocolate cookies will be on your recipe final because that is what is on your handwritten card. the icons on your card will not be added.
***we are not able to change the shape of the writing, if the header is to the right side of the paper, that will appear that way on the sign as well.


*We ask for the title of your recipe or letter so that when we are looking through emails and mailing your item, it is a good way for us to keep track that the correct item is going to the correct person.

* we use our best judgement of placement orientation based off of how the recipe will fill the location best, if theres a specific orientation you'd like please state that, otherwise we go off of how it will best suit the filling of the space either horizontal or vertical.
