Wood Signs

Each sign is created here on our ranch! All of our signs are homemade and created from scratch, they are made up of wood and paint. 

Please note, each piece of wood is different and absorbs the stain and paint differently. Texture, knots, cracks, and other natural characteristics of the wood may or may not show up in your finished piece. Each piece will have its own unique finished look. All signs that are created in our shop are not identical. Please understand that signs may have letters or parts of the sign that may have needed touch-ups of additional paint after a stencil was used. We do our best to create clean crisp lines, but there are times that paint bleeds under the stencil slightly, when this occurs we make the decision to touch up the spots with a tool to remove the excess paint. Upon peeling off of the stencil, the wood may have bits of tick marks in the wood. These marks are unintentional and therefore, in our opinion add character to a one of a kind sign. They will have imperfections, although we try to get them as close to perfect as we can. 

Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small rush fee.

Processing Time

Please allow up to1-2 weeks for regular orders to be processed. For custom orders, please allow 2-3 weeks for processing time, once your final proof is approved. Rush orders may be available upon request for a small rush fee.

Shipping

All of our products are shipped via USPS or UPS with insurance and tracking. 

It is unfortunate when mail is not delivered, we do our best to correspond with you if or when these incidents occur, but we are not responsible for lost or unarrived mail. It will be extremely helpful to double and triple check that your delivery address is accurate. If you recognize a change of address, please feel free to email; simplystainedshop@gmail.com 

Custom Orders

We adore custom sign requests. Please provide as much information as possible, such as size and design specifics.

Once we have reviewed your request, you will receive a mock of your design within 7 days. Once we have created a design together and you have approved it, your design will be ready to purchase. Our processing time is within 1-2 weeks. 

We retain sole ownership of all designs we create, including custom designs.

We reserve the right to share any and all designs that we create on social media or our website, including custom designs.

We reserve the right to sell any and all designs we create, including custom designs through any of our selling channels.

Due to the time, it takes to create a custom sign, coupons are not applicable with custom orders unless specifically stated.

Returns

We are unfortunately not able to offer refunds since most of our orders include custom work.
